Very anxious

My fiancé and I found out we were pregnant almost 2 weeks ago, with multiple home tests and confirmation by a blood test. The nurse that gave me my results of my blood test said I’m around 4 weeks based off my HCG levels. But! On my glow apt is says I should be around 5 weeks. They scheduled my first apt for February 10. I’m a first time mom, I want to know how far along I am, and I’m just worried. I want to be 100% sure that everything is normal. Can I ask for an ultrasound earlier to calm my nerves?
