No sac HCG 22,320, confused?
Sorry I keep posting this in hopes someone will get this, it's super confusing and idk how to feel about it. I went to the ER at 5 weeks and 1 day according to my lmp. I ovulated on exactly October 5th I know my exact date because I tracked it.
My bladder was full before I did an abdominal
ultrasound, the ER ultrasound tech asked me if I had just went to the bathroom because my bladder was showing empty; when I actually had to pee while she was doing it. She then seen my pregnancy on the screen it was this black area, she said it was my pregnancy. It was definitely progress from when I was 3 weeks and 6 days and saw nothing on the abdominal ultrasound..
Then after the abdominal I went pee and did the transvaginal ultrasound and there was no sac to be found. I wanted for the ER Doctor she said my HCG came back as 22,320 and with that HCG I should see a sac and that's it abnormal to her. The baby is in the right spot so they ruled out ectopic, tubal, and miscarriage. She called my old OBGYN, I don't have them anymore now, and even he said with that HCG and where I'm at in my pregnancy I should see some kind of structure forming. My new OBGYN told me my HCG is only 4-5 weeks pregnant and they wouldn't be able see anything that early which is why they wait until 8 weeks themselves.
