Best prenatal?

I been taking rainbow prenatal wanna know what else is out there and what’s the best! 💕

Ritual! During my last pregnancy and this one I tried a bunch. Some were too big and got stuck in my throat. I hate chewing the gummy ones. And they all seemed to make me nauseous. I like Ritual because they’re in a capsule with ginger so they go down the throat easily and the ginger helps combat the nausea. The one thing I don’t like about them is that an hour or so later they give you a weird aftertaste. So I take them right before bed and that solves that. Also, they’re not in stores, so you have to buy them online.

I was taking Olly but once the morning sickness came around I didn’t feel like chewing up a citrus prenatal LOL so I just take the one a day, the red softgels. 
I don’t know if they’re the BEST, but they work for me.

CitraNatal Harmony 🌺 it tastes like vanilla . But it’s a soft gel big pill . I had it with all 3 of my pregnancies . & taking again with this one as well
