How do you know if it is a miscarriage?

I hate to sound ridiculous for asking, but I’m super confused about what is going on right now.

I’m 6 weeks 2 days. Hubs and I dtd really early this morning. After, I went pee and noticed pink. No big deal, I thought. I know this can happen after sex in first trimester. ( this is my second pregnancy).

Well, it’s 7 hours later and I’m still bleeding. It has gone from pink to red with some tiny clots. It is not very heavy though. I’m not having to wear a pad or anything.

Is this the start of a miscarriage? I just find it so odd that this happened right after sex.

I feel like I would be panicking even more if it just randomly started.

Doctor’s office is closed until tomorrow obviously. I don’t feel this is an er visit either as they can’t do anything if it is.
