You’re not using enough lube! Our vaginas only lubricate the bottom to inches. You’re sore from all the micro tears. I’d suggest trying out a few lubes and finding one you and your partner enjoy best. My fiancé and I prefer water based but everyone has their favourite!

Absolutely not from “micro tears”. After rough or repetitive sex, the soreness comes from (for lack of a better term) being pounded and literally causing sore tissue like anywhere else on your body. Totally normal to experience some after a long or hard session

Maybe it was a bit too rough and/or u weren’t lubricated enough which can cause irritation.
