Belly button piercing irritated?

I recently got my belly button pierced around 4-5 days ago and i have been doing sea salt soaks twice a day. Does my piercing have a sign of healing or does it look irritated or even infected? I’m a little nervous due to the redness around the piercing and the bruising around it, but I also had a needle shoved through me a couple of days ago so i’m not too sure.

Keep an eye on it, and switch to iodized salt instead of sea salt. 
I had to do those soaks a couple months after I got my belly button pierced, turned out the type of ring it was caused irritation, had to switch to internal threaded rings(the ball screws in, not on) (:

Looks fine! Like you said- you had a needle shoved through your skin a few days ago. A little redness is okay! Just keep cleaning it (careful not to clean too often) and try not to touch it when you aren’t cleaning it and you’ll be fine
