🤔🤔 Im curious

So I posted about this before but, pretty much I went to my doctor and requested for him to check progesterone, and he was really hesitant about it, like he just really didn’t see the purpose, because I guess he said the hormone does not have anything to do with pregnancy, just menstrual cycles... I would like to check because I had a MC and I’m still confused about it, and would just feel better about it if I know... Mainly so I can get it taken care of!

Well he did not order the test, but I found that you can order your own blood test through the lab... If I do that, and my progesterone is low, could I just use progesterone cream? Or would I need a prescription?
