Irregular cycle

Hi y’all! So I have always had semi irregular periods like usually between 23-25 days and then usually a couple cycles every 6-8 months will be like 27 days or 30. Well my question is if you can relate when would you consider yourself “late”? I used 2 cycle average calculators one said 24 days and one said 25. I’m on day 26 officially and no sign of it and most months I get light spotting early the day it starts or a day or two before. I’m anxious obviously but don’t want to test too early. Any advice? What would you do?
