cramps off period

for quite a few periods now, when i no longer am bleeding and it has been many days after, i still have cramps. i’ve read that this happens and that it’s okay but sometimes they feel severe like bad period cramps. do i just ignore it and brush it off?

i’m known to google symptoms and when i had sex a few times (my first times) it was pretty painful every single time. idk if that’s because there’s wasn’t much lubricant or if it’s related to these random cramps i get
