5 weeks and 2 days today is this a miscarriage?

I’ve been spotting for a couple days I had blood work today to see if my hcg is rising I got home and this came out I’m so scared my baby is leaving me I also have bad endometriosis so I don’t know if that could be it or if my baby is leaving has any had this?

Edit now this came out of me I’m absolutely positive this is my baby same size and looks like it’s supposed I’m absolutely heartbroken
