Yeast infection

So I have been having yeast infections since the start of my pregnancy and have used over the counter meds like monistat many times and they just don't work. My doctor prescribed me terazole 7 day to try to get rid of it but it says category c and that scares me. So has anyone else taken this? I know people are going to say to trust the doctor but the one doctor I saw prescribed me the pill and it's category d so I never took that or went back to that doctor so I don't always trust them now. I'm just wondering if anyone has any first hand experience taking terazole and if your baby was okay
