Am I having a chemical pregnancy?

This was my test at 11 dpo. Obviously positive to me.

Then I decided to wait until the day after my missed period to take a first response and there is a vvvvfl on one but the digital is negative? I’m so bummed. Shouldn’t it be positive at this point? Is it a chemical pregnancy?

I also came down with the flu yesterday 😔 my son and my husband had it so u know it’s the flu. Could that be affecting the tests. It’s frustrating because I don’t know if I’m actually pregnant or If I can take meds.
