Accuracy of at home tests

I’ve taken 6 tests and they’ve all been positive, 2 first response ones, and 4 cheaper ones. The less expensive dollar store tests have had faint lines, but i read that doesn’t matter. How accurate are the at home ones? I have an appointment with my OBGYN at the end of February, I missed my January period and the first day of my last cycle was 12/19, just wondering how often false positives happen?
