First ultrasound ! Super confused!

I went for my first ultrasound and the tech didn’t explain much and hardly showed me anything. My doctor reviewed it and called me to tell me everything looks great! Is that the baby on the left or right and why is there two of those things ? Sorry this is my first pregnancy and I don’t know much. I don’t get to see my doctor for another two weeks to ask questions. The second picture is the baby and the yolk sac right? Thank you ladies !!
