Who else is insecure about their stretch marks?

So today was a very long day at work and I was complaining to my coworker about how my back hurts. She was being nice to me, but she did bring up how I have some stretch marks on my lower back and if that could be a reason why it’s been hurting. My stretch marks don’t cause me pain it’s just because I was on my feet all day working. I know she didn’t mean any harm, it’s just my mind overthinking but I can’t help but feel insecure about my stretch marks. Now that my coworkers know I have stretch marks it makes me think about how that’s what my bf has to see when I get naked and stuff. It’s just a really awful feeling. Ugh I know it’s just a dumb physical feature but still
