What is cycle Day 1?

Question

I had 2 days of intermittent spotting followed by an actual flow. What would be considered Day 1? 
I’m going to take Femara this cycle.

When is your baseline scan.     My doc had me come on day one of full flow

Depends on your cycles! Last month I only spotted for 3 days so I had no true flow.. this month I had spotting for a couple day’s then a few day’s of flow... I called the doc as I’m seeing a new doc this cycle and like my old doc said any spotting at all count as day 1! It really depends on your doc and how your cycles are!

I asked my clinic and was told the first day of full flow, meaning the need to wear a pad/tampon, was considered CD 1. You can always call your doctor for clarification though
