Anyone experience this post partum is it normal

Pain during sex not the typical I’m not lubricated enough pain or I’m too tight pain. Internal pain in one specific spot that just started my doc said stitches healed at 6 weeks I’m now 12 weeks pp and this just started a few weeks ago it’s real painful in just one spot feels like an open wound there or like my partners penis is rubbing against a cut or a sore. It’s so hard to explain honestly. Sometimes my vagina feels sore while just sitting on the toilet. Like I said I’m DEFINITELY wet enough it’s just that specific spot it makes sex unbearable. Is this normal and what could it be from. I had hpv awhile ago but it cleared up. Don’t know if it could be that ? It never hurt me before though... HELP
