Pineapples?

Has anyone had any success with the pineapple method? Did it work for you? And if so how long did it take?

I'm assuming you're talking about inducing labor? I drank ridiculous amounts of pineapple juice during my last pregnancy because it was all that helped with my heartburn. It did absolutely nothing. Lol.
The amount of pineapple you'd need to consume to help jumpstart labor would be at least 7 whole pineapples (including the core) to come close to any potential effects from the bromelain...and even then, you'll probably just end up with diarrhea. Lol.

I had my membranes swept May 17th walked around for the day came home ate almost two pineapples took another walk and immediately started having contractions slept for what I could at home went to the hospital about 6am ( took my boyfriend to the ER where he was diagnosed with diverticulitis all while I was still having contractions) he got discharged and we went to labor and delivery where I had my baby at 11:17pm may 18th 2018. I believe it's just an old wives tale but it was part of my process lol

The cores are the things you aren’t supposed to eat and even then, you’d need to eat a crap ton of them to do anything more than give you severe diarrhea. 🤷🏼‍♀️
