Worship in spirit and in truth

Lededra D • Hey, I am 26 years of age. Me and my better half have being trying to Concieve for 6 years. Hopefully we'll be able to get our little blessing.

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 4:23‭-‬24 KJV

Good morning ladies. So the question of today is; are we worshiping the way the bible tells us to. Most of us either sing high praise to Jesus or alternate between singing High praises to God the Father and Jesus. But is either of them biblical? Are we supposed to glorify Jesus? Do we worship Jesus only? Well, according to scripture it okay find happiness in Jesus because after all it's his blood that covers us, his strips that healed us and he is the word that works inside of us. So we can and should give praises to Jesus to a certain extent. But Worship, worship belongs the the heavenly Father. It is the Heavenly Father who deserves all the Glory, praise, and honor. It is the heavenly Father who calls us out of our sins, it is the heavenly Father who gives us grace and mercy each day, and it is He who made a way for us to escape the traps of the devil. If the Heavenly Father had never spoken to our hearts we would never have accepted Jesus. So when we worship our focus should be on how great our Father who art in heaven is. Now of course we give Jesus praise, we still pray and ask of the Father in Jesus name, we still use Jesus name to defeat/cast down evil things/demonic things. So no I am not speaking against Jesus at all. Do not misunderstand me. What I'm saying is let us do things in the order that God told us to do them. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit each have their place. And we have to know how to handle them each in the way that we've been instructed too.
