Could I be pregnant

I had a little bit of spotting in the beginning of December but then 3 days later got my period but I was supposed to get my period on January 6th but it hasn’t come yet I’ve been experiencing sore breast, Nausea and headaches and pregnancy test have a faint line but I’m not sure
