Miscarriage?

I went to ER yesterday due to some bleeding I’m only five weeks, and they informed me that my levels were good but the ultrasound showed a sack but no baby and I was having early miscarriage and told me if I have tissue to go back in. Should I be going to ER? Or ? This is my first miscarriage I’m not sure of how this works. I don’t have a primary care doctor is why I’m looking for advice just to see who’s been through this as well. Thank you
