Drinking while breastfeeding question

I know many of you say it’s okay to have a drink or two but I feel like most mean beer or wine...

My birthday is next Friday and we want to have a date night. I LOVE jack and cokes and would like to have just one. The only thing that makes me nervous is that our little one goes to bed between 7-8 and we are going out at like 5:30 and she nurses in order to fall asleep...

(unfortunately, but that is a whole other issue lol)

We give her a bottle of formula before bed and then she drinks a little from my boobs right before bed and passes out.

Do you think a jack and coke is ok for that time frame??
