Ready for a baby..

Hi ladies,

How would I approach this situation with my partner?

I'm 25, and I would like to start and try for a baby, because I would like to have 3, so I feel like I should start trying while I'm young. He his 21 and has mentioned to me that he won't be ready until 2-3 years. As he is an apprentice electrician and feels he is not financially stable. Im working as an RN, full-time.

I don't know if I should mention it or just leave it to until the 2 or 3 years. I also feel like he is young, and will feel like I'm taking away he "youth" by wanting one sooner. If that makes sense?

Any advice would be great. :)
