Could I be pregnant? Pls help

Ok 5 days late for AF but that’s pretty normal for me, but I’ve been experiencing very sharp cramps on my left side like my ovary or uterus not sure. Has anyone else experienced sharp cramps that led to a pregnancy? I e also had crazy heartburn and sore boobs for about a week.
