Worried for my pregnant cousin

My cousin is currently pregnant with her first baby, I am very worried for her because she is not taking care of herself. She suffered a lot in life. Just last year she got kicked out of her apt because she wasn’t able to afford it, last time I spoke to her she was working 2 jobs but got fired from one because she’s on medication & sleeps for 12+ hrs. She lives alone & is now working in 1 job. She’s also going to be a single mom. I’ve tried helping her but I guess her pregnancy is getting to her & she has officially cut everyone off. She recently had to go to the hospital for dehydration because she’s refusing to eat. Her DR even told her she needed to see a therapist. I’m very worried for her baby I know she won’t be able to make it alone she’s refusing any type of help from family & friends & has even deleted her social media. A family member had stopped by her place & they noticed strong smell of marijuana & a bong in her apt. I’m not sure what to do, I want to help her out😔
