Pregnant after plan b

Anyone here gotten pregnant on Plan B? I took the plan b the day OF my ovulation (according to an app). Had sex the day prior. So it was just shy of 24 hours when I had taken it. Five days later I experienced light spotting/bleeding it only lasted about 3/4 days. My periods are usually heavy and last 7 days. I’ve been experiencing cramping lately and been feeling sick/nauseous. It’s been 12 days since I took the pill and my “period” ending just 5 days ago. Has anyone had this happen where they’ll “bleed” after plan b and still be pregnant? Or course I will take a pregnancy test after work.

Edit: I’ve also been experiencing a head ache today along with frequent urination. I feel like I had a cold or flu coming on. Is this a symptom?
