They usually want to see you around 8 weeks. I usually call around 5-6 weeks to get an appointment.

I went to see my family doctor the very next day after I took my positive exam. I had all my exams up to 25 weeks with my family doctor. All my blood test, 20 week ultrasounds etc. I went to see my Obgyn at 28 weeks. But my family doctor I seen him since 5 weeks or so.
