Period

My period is two days late, I’m shaky, cold, and have all my normal symptoms PLUS I’m so nauseas I’m sure I’ll throw up and my boobs are so sore. Never have had that even with my first pregnancy... two negative pregnancy tests. What’s wrong with me? The test was one that I got and later realized it was for in vitro pregnancy, and this would be natural... do those still work for this? Should I be trying something else? I feel so awful I just need to do something but I don’t know what. My period hasn’t been this bad maybe ever. But I feel almost identical to how I felt when I was first pregnant last time (minus the sore boobs)
