Wives of a soldier with PTSD
My husband has ptsd really bad right now. He told me he needs space to clear his mind so he sent me and our son to my sisters house until sunday. I am so confused and hurt. I have no idea how to help him or what i can do without making him mor upset. I need help/advice? He doesn't want to talk to me at all during this time i guess.
