OPK help
Okay, so I just ordered opk’s and I get the overall gist, but just a few questions if someone with experience could elaborate for me!
1. What time of day should I take it? Once or multiple? I’ve heard AM is bad time to take them.
2. What day should I begin taking them? I usually have a 29 day cycle but occasionally it gets to 30-31 days.
3. When you get a high/peak, how long after do you ovulate? How much should I BD after that?
