Tomorrow: ovulation day

If, for example, you get a positive opk on a Friday, then Saturday is counted as your ovulation day and Sunday is counted as 1 dpo and so forth.

Positive OPK means you’ll ovulate in 12-24 hours. So I count my “ovulation day” as the day after my positive OPK. Then 1dpo is the day after that (so 1dpo is 2 days after my positive OPK)

There is not a correct option. If you get a positive, you should count ovulation a day after, and then 1 dpo(days past ovulation), two days after.
