Braxton Hicks
I know before 37 weeks we’re suppose to call the dr if we have Braxton Hicks 8+ times in one hour. But what is the rule of thumb after? I’m 38+4 and I’m having Bh and cramping every 3-5 minutes. It’s not really painful at all except with the cramping. I’m trying to track them for an hour or so before I even consider anything lol
