No heartbeat

Last week I went in for my confirmation of pregnancy visit. I thought I was 8 weeks but according to the bedside ultrasound she said I was 6 weeks. She said everything looked good the heartbeat was 111. I had another ultrasound today to narrow down the due date and she said she couldn’t find the heartbeat on the bedside so she wanted a formal US. The tech couldn’t find the heart beat either. I was telling my mom I wanted to do a D/C and she told me to wait for my body to do its thing just Incase they were wrong. Anyone have any insight?

Update:

We had another US for reassurance and it showed the lining coming away from my uterine wall and blood pooled behind. This was suppose to be our rainbow baby after our ectopic pregnancy with twins two years ago.. when is this going to work out for us? 💔
