Popped Blood Vessels

How do I clear them up?! I got sick this morning, my face swelled up and I see how horrible my face looks! I mentioned it to my OB but she laughed it off as it happens and didn't look into why my BP was high. But didn't give me any recommendations on how to make it clear faster. Sorry but this has me so damn self conscious just looking at my face and neck!
