13 Week Ultrasound Concerns

So I went into the ER today for pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding. I’m 13w5d. They ordered a ultrasound and my baby is breathing and moving but they had to conduct 3 different ultrasounds which seemed odd to me. The DR came in with a team of nurses and stated that she had some concerns about my baby. She 1st stated that my cervix isn’t closed all the way and has some fluid around it which raises concern for premature delivery. . Another concern they had were some fetal abnormalities. She wouldn’t completely explain but she told me to immediately go go my OBGYN so that they can order the proper tests. I’m so worried, has anyone dealt with this before???
