Telling employer about IVF

Has anyone told their employer about IVF due to all the doctor appointments? I am a long term contracter onsite At P&G. My agency keeps track of days off and appointments. I don't have any paid time off either. I know if everything goes well I will have to take a day or two off. I plan on letting them know the dates of the appointments as soon as I know. On BC now. I have my first appointment on Nov 2nd.
