Is the baby supposed to be here?

I’m 19 weeks pregnant and she’s right here. It’s really uncomfortable. My son was near my belly button around this time. 
I feel her move & kick. It feels like she’s rolling around.

I feel my little girl moving around there some but when I started feeling movement there I was told the she was breeched at 21 weeks but she still has time to flip
