help pls

Ive been on the pill since the beginning of summer and stopped taking it for a week during winter break. My period actually started 2 weeks earlier than usual during break which threw my cycle off completely. I started again a week ago and I’m still bleeding. Since my cycle is all off now, I still need 4 more days until I’m at placebo week even tho I started bleeding a week ago. My cycle normally lasts 5 days max and I’m on day 8. I’ve also been clotting a little which has never happened to me before. Any idea as to why I’m clotting? Also, should I skip those 4 active pills that I have left and take the placebo pills so that my cycle is in place w the pills? Pls help
