Not at all. We have 4 kids. So working opposite days has always been better for us. I do miss seeing extra days but sometimes it has to be done.

It's not that I care per say. But it makes it more difficult to plan events sometimes.

I’m so lucky both my husband and I work m-f during the day. We are together by 5 each day. (Both professionals tho) 
We have thought abut getting a part time to pay off some debt but I really don’t want to 😫

No, it's not like I have a choice. I see him every other weekend, sometimes less because I like working weekends, they're easier.

My husband works 5 days a week. Monday-Friday. I work 4, with every other weekend off. It’s just what has to work for us at the moment. It sucks not having every weekend together, but we make it work.
