Little squirt of poop - do u always change diaper in night ?

My breastfed baby is cooling off on the poops so there aren’t as much and we change right away except at night  but trickiest time - so do u always change the baby even if. U hear a tiny squirt ? And risk waking them up or take the 1 or 2 hours of sleep for all of u and change and next wake up?

I've been a nursery nurse for over 10 years and a mum of 3. Soiled nappies should be changed as soon as possible as the bacteria can cause UTIs. I know those how precious those few hours of sleep are but trust me you dont want to end up in hospital like I did when my little girl had one. 
My little girl has a bladder condition so we had to change her every hour or so but she quickly learned to sleep through the nappy changes so her sleep wasnt disturbed as much.

Yes, always! It’s a pain for sure but imagine sleeping in poo... yikes! The diapers will slow down, I promise!

I must be the worst bc I don’t always change at night 😬 I change her after her first long stretch after 3-4 hrs and then not again till morning another 3-4 hrs depending on when her and I wake up.
