I am 6 weeks today with my first. I have no symptoms other than sore boobs mild mild cramping Maybe 2 times per week and a little tired. 
My US isn’t for 10 days. I haven’t had any spotting or discharge but how do I know everythings okay?

Pregnancy doesnt need symptoms to be healthy that's a myth alot of women can go with no symptoms of pregnancy and have healthy baby

Just don’t think about it hun! 
I had one, and I was still throwing up and having all my symptoms even after they told me my baby didn’t have a heart beat. 
If you had no spotting or pain, don’t worry. They are called Missed miscarriages for a reason, there’s zero way to know, so just enjoy your baby and try not to over think it.

Im 9weeks today, and I was so nervous waiting for my first ultrasound. The only thing you can do is to not stress about it, stressing doesn’t help you at all. I always tell myself, if theres no HORRIBLE PAIN and no EXTREME amount of blood then everything is ok. The cramping you are experiencing is just your body stretching out getting ready to grow a human inside of you! 
Just relax, and enjoy it.
