UPDATE... How old was your daughter when you taught her the word Vagina??

How old was your daughter when you taught her what her vagina was and the word?? How did you go about it? What did you tell her and explain? Getting ideas as to when and how I will teach my daughter... thanks ladies for taking the time.

Thank u ladies, growing up in my culture sex and anything that has to do with it has been off limit and not spoken about at a young age. I honestly don’t think I learned the actual name until I was a teenager. Unfortunately I went without sexual Ed or a parent explaining to me these type of things. Reading your responses has made me aware that I need to teach my daughter now and should have taught her already or tried.. to the women who mentioned they teach their kids when they change their diapers, I really wish I did it that way, it’s really great advice for my future daughters. My daughter is now 3 and I’ve got a lot to catch up on.. I’m breaking the culture shit and teaching my children about their body parts and about sex when the time comes, I felt so stupid growing up and now knowing these things. I think it’s sad that I’ve still been learning through the internet about more things, but I am very educated now... I appreciate your advice and responses. Thank you all for taking the time!
