Toe nail ridges

Ladies I’ve got these deep lines in my toenails (horizontal) they’ve been like this for a few years now. Could it be related to anaemia? Stress? Anxiety?

I have health anxiety and have convinced myself I have arthritis despite no pain as I know it’s a symptom. Doctors shut till Monday- has anyone else experienced?
