Almost 7weeks pp no period

After I had my first in January 2019 I got my period immediately I think as soon as 3 weeks pp and then found out I was pregnant again in April but after I had this baby I haven’t gotten my period yet.. I’m not breastfeeding due to baby being in nicu so my milk never came in properly.. I have had sex unprotected🤦🏻‍♀️ I had my son December 11 and have had sex 8x since then most recently Jan 21st and around that time I had stretchy clear/white cm but now it’s more creamy.. I tested on the 22nd and it was negative.. any chance of pregnancy again or just give my body more time?
