I live in America and I feel like my life doesn’t have much culture. What are some foods you eat in your culture while pregnant?

My family is Italian and there’s nothing special my nana tells me to eat 🤷🏻‍♀️ She just tells me to make sure I’m staying hydrated.

Eggs, yogurt and dried apricots is from my Bulgarian family. Maybe cause I haven't eaten meat since I was 3yo. Otherwise they would fill me up with meat 😂 In Spain, I don't think there's anything special, Mediterranean diet as usual is healthy enough. In South Korea I was given seaweed soup which is packed with vitamins and minerals. It's a good soup for vegans/vegetarians, women who gave birth and everyone who has a birthday.
