Unexplained infertility and icsi

We have unexplained infertility. Did one round of ivf with icsi and only had 1 embryo which didn’t implant.

I guess I’m just looking for thoughts / opinions on icsi with unexplained infertility. I’m trying to decide if we should do icsi when we do round 2. I’m just afraid that we will have so little eggs again and none fertilize the “natural” way.

My insurance covers it, so cost isn’t an issue.
