FIRST MENSTRAL CYCLE IN A LONG TIME
Hi Ladies ,
I suffer from PCOS and irregular periods I haven’t seen a cycle in about 11 months ...I finally got 1 yesterday after taking Vitex & Pink Stork ....I stopped taking the pills about 1 month ago
My question is should I start them back now that I have finally started my cycle to help regulate it ?
