Miscarriage? TMI ALERT. Please help

My period must have been a week late, I’m not too sure, but I didn’t think anything of it. Yesterday I got my period but it was so heavy and so much painful than any period I have had before. And just now I see this.... 
Was I pregnant? And is this a miscarriage

Take a test. If it’s positive it’s a miscarriage if it’s not it’s just a heavy period.

I'd suggest taking a pregnancy test. If it's negative no. Hcg can take a long time to go down so you would still get positives during a miscarriage. I've had 6 miscarriages and nine of them looked like that. I would actually guess that what you have there is a decidual cast. Basically a large portion of your uterine lining came out at once and didn't have the chance to break down before coming out. You could call your doctor and tell them your concerns and ask for a blood test for a more accurate level check of hcg. If you kept that they might even be able to test it to find out exactly what it is

That is just a huge chunck of uterine lining. You should have some grey if it was a pregnancy.

My sister just had a confirmed miscarriage and this is exactly how’s hers looked. You should take a test if it says positive then thats what it is. I’m sorry love.

I think I suffered a miscarriage on Monday and I’m in pain with cramping. But mine seemed to be more flesh colour mixed in with stuff and stringy 🙈 how did you get on after?

It looks like a miscarriage lovely. Keep an eye on the level of bleeding and if you are soaking pads every half an hour go to the ER. Sending prayers xx
