What are you eating? Can you suggest me a diet? When I am bloated, constapated, hungry and nauseous!

Seriously, foods I read that are good for constapation (broccoli 🥦,wholegrain bread 🍞, beans) are deffinetly making you bloated. I try to eat less, but I am nausous if I am hungry, and I am hungry every 3 hours. I force down porridge, but it is not my first choice. I am 7weeks pregnant and this ache in my belly makes me feel very down and grumpy.

I just don’t get it, where is all this food? I eat and barely anything comes out, yesterday I even took a laxative.... result was ONE bloop! I tried chia seeds. Stuffing down simeticone, at least the farts are coming🙈

Please help with diets and remedies that work.
