Help, Braxton hicks?

I was standing up and out of nowhere I got this pain in my stomach region, it wasn't in the place I get pains for gas or having to go to the bathroom or anything it was like a little farther than under my ribs and it was also around my belly button/ under it. It hurt pretty bad and was like a sharp pain that was moving to different parts but then when I was sitting down trying to call my mom to see what the pains were they suddenly stopped. Was it Braxton hicks? I'm really worried and I don't want anything bad to happen to my baby boy. I'm 20 weeks and 2 days
